Ajit Singh to address rally in Gulbarga

Gulbarga, May 26 (UNI) Former Union Minister Ajit Singh and former Karnataka Chief Minister N Dharam Singh will address a public rally here on May 28 as part of the campaign launched by the All India Progressive Janata Dal to create awareness about the backwardness of the Hyderabad-Karnataka region.

Disclosing this in a press conference here today, AIPJD State President Vyjnath Patel, MLA, attributed the backwardness of the region to the ''indifferent'' attitude of the successive Governments. The campaign, launched on May 13 in Koppal, passed through several villages and towns, explaining to the people about the ''injustice'' meted out to the region.
