A decomposed body found near Kurar village

Mumbai, May 26 (UNI) A decomposed body was found near Lahugarh Zopadpatti Nallah at Kandivali in the western suburbs.

At around 1905 hrs yesterday Kurar village police station received a call that a body was lying near Lahugarh Zopadpatti Kandivali. The police team had rushed to the spot and found that the deceased was in the age group of 18-20 years and had several stabbing injuries in the body, police said here today.

Police have taken the possession of the body and have sent it to a morgue at Cooper Hospital, police said.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be identified, police said.
