UP assembly gets second principal secretary

Lucknow, May 25 (UNI) A N Mittal of the Judicial Services today assumed charge of the Uttar Pradesh assembly principal secretary.

Mr Mittal would be the second principal secretary in the assembly apart from Mr P R Pandey who has been holding the post since 1999.

UP assembly now has the distinction of being the only house in the country comprising two secretaries.
