Sreedharan appointed Pro tem speaker in Pondy

Pondicherry, May 25: A V Sreedharan, a senior Congress MLA from Palloor constituency in Mahe region, has been appointed as pro tem Speaker of the Pondicherry Assembly, today.

A notification in this regard has been issued.

Mr Sreedharan will conduct the House on the inagural day, May 29, and administer the oath of office to the newly elected members.
