Rathore loses his lucky gun

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) Thanks to the callousness of an airlines, ace marksman Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore lost his lucky gun on his way home after winning the Gold medal in the Cairo ISSF World Cup which also earned him a Beijing Olympic berth.

Despite the double feat, Rathore was visibly upset after losing what he described as his lucky gun.

''It's very irresponsible on part of the Lufthansa. It was my lucky gun and it'not something which you can buy every day. It takes time to get used to a gun and this is the second time it has happened with a shooter,'' said an annoyed Rathore.

After Rathore pointed it out that his gun was missing, airlines authorities went for a frantic search only to inform the shooter that the gun could not be traced.

''We fly Lufthansa and hope it's a responsible airline but unfortunately it didn't prove so,'' rued the shooter who won the Silver medal in the Athens Olympics.
