Police constable dies after being hit by bus

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) A police constable died after being hit by a speeding bus at Indraprastha marg today, police said.

The constable Dilawar Singh, posted with the Secretariat security force, was hit by a bus on route number 720, plying from Shahdara to Janakpuri as he was crossing the road on IP marg at 1440 Hours.

The policeman died on the spot, police said.
