Medicos take out rally in MP

Bhopal, May 25 (UNI) The agitating anti-reservation medicos took out a rally here today and also prevented entry into the Hamidia hospital forming a human chain near the main gate.

Members of the Indian Medical Association also joined in the rally and submitted a memorandum to Governor Balram Jakhar.

The junior doctors, who were given notice earlier, did not report for duty, Bhopal Medical College Dean Nirbhay Shrivastava said, adding direct action would be taken if they did not report for duty by this evening.

MP Junior Doctors Association General Secretary Piyush Vyas claimed the agitation was total in all five medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
