Karur Vysya Board recommends 100 pc dividend, 20 pc special dividend

Mumbai, May 25 (UNI) To mark its 90th year of foundation, the Board of Directors of Karur Vysya Bank has recommended a special dividend of 20 per cent for its shareholders.

In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the Bank stated that a dividend of 100 per cent has also been recommended for FY 06.
