Bomb hoax creates scare in dstrict court building

Surat, May 25 (UNI) A bomb hoax created A flutter in the District and Sessions Court here this morning.

Police said that one official in the court received an anonymous call around 1100 hrs, that a bomb has been planted in the court building in Athwa Lines.

The court authorities called the police immediately and a thorough search was conducted by the bomb disposal squad and sniffer dog squad in the court premises.

''However, after the search we found the call was a hoax,'' the police said.
