RBI rupee reference rate 21 paise down at 45.73/USD

Mumbai, May 24 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 45.73 per US dollar, which is 21 paise down from the previous rate of 45.52, an official spokesperson here said.
