Microsoft India unveils beta 2 version of 2007 Office
New Delhi, May 24 (UNI) Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd today unveiled beta 2 version of 2007 Microsoft Office System and Windows Vista.
These offerings represent Microsoft's next generation platform for business computing needs and are expected to be available in the last quarter of this calendar year.
The 2007 Microsoft Office System includes programmes, servers, services, and solutions designed to help address a broad array of business problems.
Among the new features in the 2007 release of Office are the all new User Interface; SmartArt (tm) Graphics; New quick file formatting capabilities-- inbuilt PDF file converter and Office XML formats and Live preview capabilities.
''Windows Vista and 2007 Microsoft Office System will help businesses become 'People Ready'. Today's announcement marks an important milestone in the development process of these offerings, as it allows our customers to test the product features and provide feedback before launch of final version,'' Microsoft India Managing Director Neelam Dhawan said.
