Director Raghavendra Rao makes documentary on hero Nagarjuna
Hyderabad, May 24 (UNI) Well known film director Raghavendra Rao has made a documentary on hero Nagarjuna on the occasion of the his completing 20 years as a film star.
The film was shown at a function organised to felicitate Nagarjuna.
Nagarjuna has acted in 75 films starting with 'Vikram' to the latest hit 'Sri Ramadasu', directed by Raghavendra Rao.
The film depicting important scenes displaying Nagarjuna's acting prowess was today presented to him.
Members of the Telugu film industry and producers and directors of Nagarjuna's movies felicitated the actor.
Dadasaheb Phalke awardee, veteran actor and Nagarjuna's father Dr Akkineni Nageswara Rao said his son, who displayed natural acting in 'Hellow Brother,' had graduated into a full-fledged artiste with the films 'Annamayya' and 'Sri Ramadasu' on the lives of two immortal poets who devoted their lives to the praise of Lord Venkateswara and Lord Rama.
Actor Mohan Babu said Nagarjuna had maintained the reputation of his illustrious father. Producer and actor Murali Mohan offered to produce a picture on Jesus if Nagarjuna and Raghavendra Rao were wiling to work together once again.
