Aashish Chowdhary joins cast of 'Dhamaal'

Mumbai, May 24 (UNI) Actor Aashish Chowdhary has been signed for Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria's next production titled 'Dhamaal'.

The film directed by Indra Kumar stars Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh and Javed Jaffery in lead roles. The film is written by Paritossh Painter and the dialogues are by Paritosh Painter, Balwinder Singh Suri and Bunty Rathod, according to trades sources.

Aashish is currently seen on television as the new devil in the Onida television advertisement. He has recently concluded the last schedule for Jayant Gilator's 'Whiteland', which is based on the plight of salt workers in Dandi. Aashish plays a village boy opposite Gracy Singh and has a very rustic look in the film.

Some of his forthcoming projects are Vikram Bhatt's 'Speed' with Zayed Khan and Aaftab Shivdasani, tentatively titled action thriller 'Gumshuda' with MTV VJ Anusha Dandekar, romantic comedy 'Kisse Pyar Karoon' with Udita Goswami, which is slated for July release. He is also doing Ramesh Katkar's 'Rokda' with Tanushree Dutta, Arshad Warsi, Samita Shetty, Ashmit Patel and Riya Sen.
