Shramjivi blast accused remanded in judicial custody till June 5
Jaunpur, May 23 (UNI) Two accused in last year's Patna-New Delhi Shramjivi Express bomb blast case were today remanded in judicial custody till June 5 by a court.
Earlier, the accused Hilal-ud-din alias Hilal alias Sohak Khan and Nafikul were produced before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Indra Bhushan Goyal.
The duo had been brought from central jail, Cherallapalli, Andhra Pradesh under a warrant.
Yesterday,prime accused in the blast Obaid-ur-Rehman had been remanded in judicial custody till June 3.
Obaid-ur-Rehman alias Babu was brought here from Murshidabad, West Bengal. He is a native of Bangladesh.
The bomb blast aboard Shramjivi Express on July 28, 2005 near Singramau railway station in Jaunpur claimed at least 14 lives, while about 90 people were wounded.
