Perform launches Indian operations

Chennai, May 23 (UNI) Perform@International Pvt Ltd,a Singapore-based company engaged in augmenting intellectual growth of educational institutions, today announced the launch of its operations in India.

The company will introduce 'Fast ForWord' and its family of products that build learning capacity by applying neuroscience principles to strengthen cognitive skills.

The products had been developed by the company's strategic partner, 'Scientific Learning Corporation' (SLP), based on 30 years of research, Company Chief Executive Officer Prehalath V Cleetus told a press conference here.

Through the development of improved neuro-cognitive skills, 'Fast ForWord' creates fast, effective and enduring results that improve the user's reading and learning abilities,' he added.

He said 'Fast ForWord' was different from other learning intervention software because it was the only product based on a solid foundation of neuroscience research by neuroscientists.

SLP Director (International Market Development) Peter Carabi said the innovative learning tool had produced spectacular results in the United States, Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong.

He said about seven lakh students in the US had been enriched substantially in the areas of concentration, memory, attention, processing, sequencing and other allied cognitive skills.
