HSDC to tie up with pvt manufacturers

Chandigarh, May 23 (UNI) The Haryana Seeds Development Corporation Limited (HSDC) is planning to join hands with reputed manufacturers for sale of Butachlore, Anilophos, Refit, Chloropyriphos, Endosulphan, Monochrotophos, Cypermathrin, Tata Alfa, Tracer, Confider and Zinc Sulphate.

An HSDC spokesman said the reputed manufacturers might send their offers for sale of the products on consignment basis and inform about the margin for the corporation.

He said the detailed terms and conditions might be submitted to the corporation on or before June one. Tenders would be opened on the same day at 1500 hrs.

He said the corporation had a very good network of distribution channel of agricultural inputs like seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, insecticides, weedicides and bio-fertilizers.

At present, the corporation has 73 sale points throughout the state to sell these agricultural inputs, he added.
