Class 12th student commits suicide

Chandigarh, May 23 (UNI) Rahul Sharma (18), a class 12th student, allegedlly commited suicide by consuming sulphose tablets here today.

Rahul, a student of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 10, took his life after he found that he had failed in the CBSE exams the results of which were declared today.

He had not passed the physics and chemistry papers.

Police has registered a case under section 174 of CrPC.
