Civilian abducted and killed by Militants

Doda, May 23 (UNI) The body of a civilian, who was kidnapped by militants from Thanala in Doda district last night, was recovered from a nallah near the village.

Sources said the militant kidnapped Tariq Chhan from his home at gunpoint and had beaten other family members.

The villagers staged demonstration against the killing.

The police has registered a case of murder and search was on to nab the militants, sources said.
