Britannia launches 'Marie Gold Doubles'

Mumbai, May 23: Actor and anchor Mandira Bedi launched the 'Marie Gold Doubles'', a finger shaped biscuit in the Marie segment of the Britannia group, here today.

The new biscuit is a combination of two flavours and is claimed to be lighter, crispier and a healthy snack for people of all age groups.

Addressing mediapersons at the launch, Britannia Industries Vice President (Marketing and Innovation) Richa Arora said Marie Gold Doubles will be sold across the country through retail outlets at Rs 15 per 150 gm pack.

The Company sells its other brands through 56 lakh retail outlets within the country and hopes to reach old and new consumers through the same route.

Listing out achievements of the group in the biscuit segment, she said Britannia will make every effort to integrate its research and commitment to its consumers in a sincere way.
