Bantwal recorded 1 cm rainfall in the State
Bangalore, May 23 (UNI) Following is the summary of observatrions recorded in Weather office here at 0830 hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Interior Karnataka.
Bantwal recorded 1 cm rainfall.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably above normal at most places over Coastal Karnataka and remained normal over Interior Karnataka.
Raichur recorded highest maximum temperature of 40 degree celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Thursday morning:Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over North Interior Karnataka Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all districts of Coastal Karnataka and Kodagu, Shimoga, Hassan, Chikmagalur, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajnagara, Bangalore Rural and Bangalore Urban districts of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of North Interior Karnataka and remaining districts of South Interior Karnataka.
Forecast for Bangalore city: Partly cloudy. Light rain likely in some areas. Maximum temperature would be around 32.
