Subramanian Swamy condemns Srinagar killings
Chennai, May 22: Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy condemned the terrorist attack on a Youth Congress rally in Srinagar yesterday in which 'nine people were killed.' In a statement here today, he said ''the audacious attack is not only condemnable with all the emphasis at our command but is an eye-opener to the nation.'' The UPA Government's 'consistent capitulaton to secessionists and terrorists' has brought only more demands for concessions and violence, he alleged.
''It is significant the terrorist chose the function of the Youth Congress organised to observe the day of martyrdom of Rajiv Gandhi,'' he said.
