SREI Board recommends 16.5 pc dividend

Mumbai, May 22 (UNI) The Board of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has recommended a dividend of 16.5 per cent or Rs 1.65 per share on equity shares of the company, SREI informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

This is, however, subject to approval of shareholders at the company's ensuing annual general meeting, it added.
