8-Year-old dies as tree branch falls on him

Berhampur, May 22 (UNI) In a freak accident an eight-year-old boy died when a branch of a broken tree fell on him this morning.

Four other boys, all waiting for their school bus beneath the tree, were injured and rushed to the Berhampur New General Hospital.

Police said the incident occurred at Bhutadanga under Berhampur police station area.

Two of the injured, they said, were in a critical condition.
