TN Govt announced transfers of IAS officers

Chennai, May 20 : The following transfers and posting are notified by the Tamil Nadu government.

Dr T Prabhakara Rao, IAS, formerly Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, is posted as Commissioner of Rehabilitation replacing G A Rajkumar IAS.

Arun Ramanathan, IAS, formerly Special Commissioner of Archives and Historical Research, is posted as Secretary to Government, Small Industries Department in palce of Rameshram Mishra, IAS.

Rameshram Mishra, IAS, Secretary to Government, Small Industries Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Land Administration vice S Audiseshiah, IAS holding additional charge.

L N vijayarahghavan, IAS formerly Secretary to Government Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department is posted as Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department vice K Rajaraman, IAS, holding additional charge.

Ms Sheela Rani Chunkath, IAS, Formerly Secretary to Government, Health and Family welfare department is posted as Special Commissioner and Director of Survery and Settlements in place of A Mathew IAS.

V Thangavelu, IAS, formerly Managing Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, is posted as Director of Social Welfare, vice Mohan Verghese Chunkath.

Vishwanath A Shegaonkar, IAS, Secretary to Government Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Deprtment is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Environment anf Forests Department vice Surjit K Chaudhary.

Selvi Leena Nair, IAS, formerly Agricultural Production Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department, is posted as Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department vice Vishwanath A Shegaonkar IAS.

K Phanidra Reddy, IAS Executive Director, Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency, is transferred and posted to act as Additional Secretary to Government, Finance Department vice Ashish Vachhani.

G Muthusamy, IAS, Commissioner for Disciplinary Proceedings, Vellore is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration vice N Danam Jeyan IAS.

Shashi Shekhar, IAS Managing Director and Chief executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Limited is transferred and posted as Resident Commissioner, Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi, vice S Ramasundram.
