IOC official Manjunath murder case posted for June 5

Lakhimpur Kheri, May 20 (UNI) A court here has posted the murder case of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) sales officer Manjunath for hearing on June 5.

Sessions judge S M A Abdi also fixed charges against the eight accused in the case after hearing yesterday.

The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) alumnus was murdered on November 19, 2005.

The eight accused in Manjunath murder case are Pawan Mittal, Vivek Sharma, Rajesh Verma, Rakesh Anand, Devesh Agnihotri, Sanjay Awasthi, Lalla alias Shivkesh Giri and Harish Mishra.

Their bail applications had already been rejected by the court.
