CM's helicopter fails to take off

Raisen, MP, May 20 (UNI) The helicopter carrying Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan failed to take off from Gairatganj in this district yesterday due to inclement weather.

Mr Chouhan was scheduled to return to Bhopal after attending programmes at Begumganj and Gairatganj. Following dusty winds and heavy downpour, the helicopter failed to take off. Later, Mr Chouhan left for Bhopal by road.

The helicopter took off for Bhopal today, official sources said.
