nurses strike work

Pondicherry, May 19 (UNI) Work in the government general hospital here was affected as the nurses struck work for one hour today.

The agitation was to protest against alleged assault on a nurse, Vijayakumari by a patient and his relatives and demanding action against them at Nettapakkam yesterday.

The agitating nurses also held a demonostration in front of the hospital here.
