Two Indians detained with 337 kg hashish in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, May 18 (UNI) Nepal police detained two Indian nationals here today and seized 337 kg 'hashish' from their possession, media reports said.

The Narcotics and Drugs Control Law Enforcement Unit detained two Indians from Badbhanjyang-5 in the Capital where they were hiding some 337 kg 'hashish' in a jeep.

The duo has been identified as 26-year-old Bharat Gupta from Gorakhpur, Bichhiyagram and 26-year-old Om Prakash Singh from Khalilabad, UP, the Kantipur said.

Police is searching for other suspected smugglers.
