Saksoft FY 06 PAT up 60 per cent at Rs 9.18 cr

Mumbai, May 18: Chennai-based IT major, Saksoft Ltd has registered a PAT of Rs 2.32-crore during Q4 FY 06 as against Rs 29.32-lakh, up a whopping 694 per cent, stated a press release issued here today.

Total revenue shot up 90 per cent at Rs 7.13-crore as against Rs 3.74-crore during the corresponding period last fiscal.

The company's Board of Directors has recommended a 15 per cent dividend subject to approval by its shareholders.

For FY 06, the company's PAT zoomed 60 per cent at Rs.

9.18-crore as against Rs 5.73-crore for the previous year while total income grew 49 per cent at Rs 28.05-crore from Rs. 18.78-crore respectively.

The consolidated result of Saksoft Ltd and its subsidiaries for the year FY 06 recorded a 54 per cent growth in PAT at Rs.

9.26-crore and 51 per cent increase in total revenue at Rs.

50.39-crore, stated the release.
