PIL against Amarinder dismissed

Chandigarh, May 18 (UNI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court today dismissed a PIL filed against Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh in Forest Hill probe case.

The division bench of Justices Adarsh Kumar Goel and Rajesh Bindal dismissed the PIL filed by Ujjal Singh Sahni, senior member of the High Court Bar, seeking action against CAPT Singh for giving clean chit to the officers whose residences were raided by the CBI in connection with the ongoing probe into the establishment of Forest Hill Golf and Country Club at village Nayagaon-Karoran.
