OBC quota: Medicos continue stir in Mysore
Mysore, May 18 (UNI) Medical college students continued their agitation in the city today in protest against the Centre's move to reserve 27 per cent of the seats in higher education to OBCs and the police action against medicos in Mumbai recently.
Outpatient services continued to be hit at the K R Hospital for the third consecutive day as junior doctors joined the agitation.
Junior Doctors Association President Amarappa Nagaleekar said medicos would continue their struggle till they got justice. They also threatened to boycott work in outpatient wards and emergency services in future, if the government failed to withdraw its decision.
