Mulayam congratulates Buddhadeb on taking over as W Bengal CM

Lucknow, May 18 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today greeted Buddhadeb Bhattacherjee on taking over as West Bengal CM for the second consecutive term.

Mr Yadav said the left veteran's long political experience and administrative skill would definitely benefit West Bengal and he would prove true to the people's expectations.

The Samajwadi Party chief observed that it was only due to the pro-people policies of the Left, that they have risen to power for the seventh consecutive term, which is a record.
