Four burnt alive in a road accident

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, May 18 (UNI) Four persons were burnt to death and two others injured when the car in which they were travelling collided with another car near Hindupur in Anantapur district today.

Police said the mishap occurred when one of the cars proceeding to Hyderabad caught fire when it collided with the other car coming in the opposite direction.

While a couple and their car driver were killed on the spot, their daughter succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital.

The injured were admitted to the hospital, police added.
