Day temperature rises in Delhi

New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) After three days of relative respite due to rain, the day temperature has begun to rise again in the capital.

The maximum was 39 degrees Celsius today as against 36 degrees a day earlier. Though the maximum temperature was still 2 degrees below normal, it was expected to rise further to 41 degrees tomorrow, the Met office said.
