BSE to run Dollar based dollex-30/100/200 indices on real time basis

Mumbai, May 18 (UNI) The Bomaby Stock Exchange (BSE) will display Dollar based dollex 30/100/200 indices on real time basis from May 22.

''BSE will be introducing Dollex 100 index- a dollar -linked version of BSE-100 index on real time basis from May 22,'' a BSE circular here said.

Presently, Dollex-30 and Dollex-200 indices are calculated on SENSEX and BSE-200 index, respectively, at the end of trading session by taking into account a Rupee-USD reference rate as announced by the Reserve Bank of India.

Effective from May 22, Dollex-30, Dollex-100 and Dollex-200 index shall be computed and disseminated on real time basis through BSE On-Line Trading system (BOLT) taking into account real time exchange rate, the BSE said.
