Bomb recovered from a train coach in Bihar
Patna, May 18: A bomb was recovered from a coach of 3329 Down Ganga Damodar Express at Patna Railway station of East Central Railways today.
Police Superintendent (Railways) G P Sinha said here that the bomb, packed in a bag, was recovered from a lavoratory of the train when it arrived in Patna station at 05:40 hrs from Dhanbad.
Police said, ''The bomb was a timer and pressure button was fixed with it.'' The timer indicated that bomb would have exploded at 06:00 hrs, if not recovered, police added. The bomb weighed two and half kgs.
