10-member Indian team for Turin Chess Olympiad

New Delhi, May 18: Viswanathan Anand will lead a 10-member Indian challenge in the Chess Olympiad beginning in Turin from tomorrow.

The team will also have Koneru Humpy and National 'A' champion Surya Sekhar Ganguly among others and will be coached by RM Dongre and Bharat Singh.

Anand, who is playing in Mtel Masters right now, would join the team in Turin for the Olympiad, which ends on june 5.

The Team: Viswanathan Anand, Hari Krishna, K Sasikiran, Surya Sekhar Ganguly, Chanda Sandipan, DP Singh, Koneru Humpy, Swathi Ghate , Mary Ann Gomes, Dronavalli Harika.
