UP to file affidavit in BSP MLA murder case

Allahabad, May 17 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court today asked the Uttar Pradesh government to file a counter affidavit within four weeks in a writ petition seeking a CBI inquiry in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case.

The bench comprising Justices Imtiyaz Murtaza and Amar Saran passed the order on a writ filed by Puja Pal, the widow of the slain BSP leader.
