Special team begins probe into female foeticide cases
Jaipur, May 17 (UNI) Rajasthan police have formed a special team to investigate the recent cases of female foeticide in the state.
Additional Director General of Police, A K Jain said here today that a special crime team has been formed under police superintendent Indubhushan, which has begun investigations against 21 doctors found guilty of violating the Pre-Conception and Prenatal Diagnostic Technique Act in the state.
He, however, said the investigations are likely to take some time.
Cases against 21 guilty doctors have been lodged in the Ashok Nagar police station.
