New VC for Yogi Vemanna Varsity

Tirupati, May 17 (UNI) Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) Vice Chancellor S Jayarama Reddy today assumed additional charge as Vice Chancellor of the Yogi Vemanna University at Kadapa here.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Reddy, who also becomes the first Vice Chancellor of the new university, said Rs 30 crore of developmental works were underway in the university.

His aim was to develop an action plan to help the university achieve a distinct place in the educational firmament of the country, UNI KNR GM 1759
