Motif announces ESOP

Ahmedabad, May 17 (UNI) Motif today announced an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for its employees.

Under the scheme, the Company has reserved 22.5 per cent ownership for its employees, Company CEO Kaushal Mehta said here.

Every employee would be entitled to the stock option plan which has a four-year vesting period, he said.

Motif also has in place a profit-sharing plan for its employees and has been sharing its profits since the last four years, Mr Mehta claimed.
