Labourers freed from bandits' clutches
Morena, MP, May 17 (UNI) Eleven labourers abducted from Rajasthan were released from the clutches of dacoit chieftain Vakila Gujjar -- who has a reign of terror along the Madhya Pradesh-Rajasthan border -- during a half-hour-long encounter today, police said.
Following a tip-off that the bandits were camping at this district's Tusipura, a cordon was set up and the encounter ensued.
However, the dacoits managed to escape.
