Fidelity Intl tops Lipper fund awards
New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) Fidelity International today announced that it topped the awards table at the Lipper Fund Awards, 2006 in UK, winning nearly 10 per cent of the awards and was named best large bond group and overall group for the third consecutive year.
These awards identifies those funds that demonstrate greater, consistent out-performace compared to their peers over three, five and ten years. The group awards are based on fund performance over the past three years. The scores for the awards are calculated using Lippers Consistent Return Score.
Individual and group awards were given in 18 countries with events in France, Germany, Hongkong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malasia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, US and for the first time this year in Austria, China, India and Netherlands.

Fidelity International manages and markets a range of international funds. Lipper is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reuters and supplies fund information, analytical tools and commentary to fund companies.
