Bhattacharjee hands over Ministerial list to Governor

Kolkata, May 17(UNI) Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee today handed over a list of Ministers to Governor Gopakrishna Gandhi paving way for swearing-in of the seventh Left Front Government tomorrow.

Mr Bhattacharjee, who will head the Government, met Mr Gandhi at the Raj Bhavan immediately after he was elected the Legislature Party leader of the ruling Left Front.

Earlier, the Front Committee announced the names and portfolios of altogether 44 Ministers, including 33 of Cabinet rank.

The Governor will administer the oath of office and secrecy to all the Ministers at a ceremony in Raj Bhavan tomorrow.
