US Consul General assures cooperation for development

Agartala, May 16 (UNI) US Consul General Henry V Jardine today called on Governor D N Sahaya and assured him of fullest cooperation for the development of Tripura.

During the meeting, Mr Sahaya highlighted the developmental initiatives and enormous potentialities of the state.

Earlier, talking to reporters, Mr Jardine identified retail and energy sector for possible areas of cooperation as the state had a strong agricultural base and natural gas.
