Two killed, 4 injured in road mishap

Kolar, May 16 (UNI) Two people, belonging to Andhra Pradesh, were killed on the spot and four injured when a van in which they were travelling collided with a lorry on NH seven, near Varanakunta village, in this district of Karantaka.

Police yesterday said the van was heading towards Bangalore when the mishap occurred.

The deceased, both haling from Poddator were identified as Rajasekhar (30) and van driver Shah Vali (30).

The injured were admitted to a hospital in the nearby Gudibande town, the police added.
