Bangalore, May 16 (UNI) In an unusual incident, top bureaucrats of the Karnataka Government were pulled up by Small Scale Industries Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu at an interactive session today for their apathetic attitude towards problems faced by entrepreneurs.

Top bureaucrats of the Industry Department, including several seniors incurred the wrath of Mr Naidu when the participants at the interactive session, organised to solve the problems of entrepreneurs, fired a barrage of questions and lodged several complaints against them.

The session began with the Minister taking note of absence of some officials from the State Finance Corporation. The officials had sent in a message that they were preoccupied. This was compounded by complaints from some representatives of the district SSI associations about the problems being faced by them.

When the minister tried to placate them saying that steps would be taken to solve their problems, the representatives explained at length how unfriendly the officials in governmental agencies such as Karnataka Small Scale Industries Development Corporation (KSSIDC), Industrial Area Development Corporation and the single window agency behaved.
