Sachin to consult Dr Wallance in London: Niranjan Shah

Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) Indian batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar will consult his surgeon Dr Andrew Wallance, who operated his shoulder, in London before proceeding to West Indies even if he passed the fitness test and selected in the Indian test squad.

Talking to UNI, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Niranjan Shah said the fitness test of Sachin is expected to take place on May 22 or 23 and the team selection would take place on May 24.

He said Sachin would take a hault at London and consult Dr Wallance before proceeding further to West Indies.

Sachin is currently undergoing practice sessions at MRF cricket Academy, Chennai.
