PMC members meet Pondy Lt Governor

Pondicherry, May 16 : Puducherry Munnetra Congress (PMC) members elected to the territorial assembly called on the Lt Governor M M Lakhera at his office here today.

They were closeted with Mr Lakhera for a few minutes.

Later talking to newspersons PMC legislature leader K Lakshminarayanan said there was no political significance to their meeting with the Lt Governor and it was only a courtesy call.

Three out of the nine PMC candidates had won the elections.
