Over 200 huts gutted in fire

Mumbai, May 16 : More than 200 huts were gutted in a fire that broke out at Loji Teak Park near Sakinaka bus stop in western suburbs of the metropolis in the wee hours today.

The fire brigade sources said that around 0300 hrs a fire broke out in the slum area near Sakinaka bus stop which has gutted more than 200 huts.

However no casualty has been reported in the incident.

Five fire fighters and two water tankers had been deployed to extinguish the fire, the sources added.
